Immigration is a great opportunity!

On 30 September 2015, Jeremy Corbyn said this on BBC Radio 4's World At One:
"People that have migrated to this country over many years have made an enormous contribution to our society, helped our economic growth, helped our health service, helped our social services and our education services, so don't look upon immigration as necessarily a problem, it is often a very great opportunity."
Immigrants have 'helped our economic growth?'

Are you sure?

Immigrants have 'helped our health service?'

Are you sure?

Immigrants have 'helped our education services?'

Are you sure?

Immigrants have 'helped our social services?'

Are you sure?

Immigrants 'have made an enormous contribution to our society?'

Are you sure?
Are you sure, Jezza?

I don't think your fellow MP, Frank Field, a maverick who shared the Labour back benches with you for many years, would be quite as sure as you seem to be.

Jeremy reiterated his love of all things alien on 24 August during an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live:
"Don't blame those that have come to this country to work and to pay taxes and develop our economy... My constituency has people from probably 70 different countries living there... I think children growing up in a multicultural society have a very good understanding of the rest of the world."
Kind of makes you wonder why a politician who relies upon the goodwill of people from '70 different countries' in order to get elected would say the things he does.

Doesn't it?

P.S. A quick scan of the graphics in the preceding article might also leave you wondering why Jeremy Corbyn is so certain that immigration benefits British society as much as he imagines it does.

  1. A sure win for Prime Minister then. Doing Zions unholy work whilst pandering to the working class, will have Mr Rothschild and the rest of the upper class scum foaming at the mouth, at the potential destruction this "useful idiot" will create.
