THE ENDEMIC SCALE AND NATURE OF THE SEXUAL EXPLOITATION UNCOVERED BY POLICE IN BLACKPOOL WAS KEPT SECRET. THE VICTIMS WERE YOUNG WHITE GIRLS; THEIR ABUSERS WERE NON-WHITE WORKERS AT TAKEAWAY FOOD OUTLETS IN THE LANCASHIRE TOWN.

The revelations provide further disturbing evidence of offending across the North of England and the Midlands. In January, the Home Office ordered an inquiry after The Times exposed a pattern of street sex crimes involving similar groups of men and vulnerable young girls…

An examination of court cases involving multiple offenders from 13 towns and cities showed that OUT OF 56 MEN CONVICTED OF OFFENCES WHERE GIRLS THEY MET ON THE STREET WERE GROOMED AND SEXUALLY EXPLOITED, 50 WERE MUSLIM, MOSTLY OF PAKISTANI HERITAGE.

In 2007, two Middle Eastern business partners from a Blackpool kebab shop stood trial over the disappearance in 2003 of Charlene Downes, 14, whose body has never been found. When she went missing in November that year, detectives discovered that CHARLENE AND MANY MORE LOCAL GIRLS HAD BEEN GROOMED TO SWAP SEXUAL FAVOURS FOR FOOD, ALCOHOL, CIGARETTES…

An UNPUBLISHED POLICE REPORT records that MORE THAN 60 BLACKPOOL GIRLS, AGED FROM 13 TO 15, HAD BEEN GROOMED OR SEXUALLY ABUSED BY ‘NON-WHITE ADULT MALES’ CONNECTED WITH ‘A CLUSTER OF TOWN CENTRE TAKEAWAY PREMISES’… The report added: ‘The exploitation… included the commercial exchange of money, food, shelter and gifts for the provision of sexual acts. YOUNG PEOPLE WERE BEING GROOMED AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTED BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF PREMISES BY A NUMBER OF TAKEAWAY OWNERS AND WORKERS’.

In total, 11 Blackpool takeaway outlets were identified as sexual exploitation ‘honey-pots’. The owner of one was questioned about an alleged rape after having sex with a girl aged 16 during a job interview. HE WAS NOT CHARGED WITH ANY OFFENCE.

It can also be revealed that ANOTHER MISSING BLACKPOOL GIRL, PAIGE CHIVERS, 15, WHO VANISHED IN 2007 AND IS FEARED BY POLICE TO HAVE BEEN KILLED, WAS SUBSEQUENTLY IDENTIFIED AS A VICTIM OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION. She was known to spend a lot of time at one Blackpool takeaway whose owner had earlier been questioned by police as a witness during the Downes investigation.

IYAD ALBATTIKHI, A JORDANIAN, WAS EVENTUALLY ACCUSED OF MURDERING CHARLENE AFTER ALLEGEDLY HAVING SEX WITH HER. MOHAMMAD RAVESHI, ORIGINALLY FROM IRAN, WAS CHARGED WITH HELPING HIM TO DISPOSE OF HER REMAINS.

The prosecution, which had no physical evidence and relied largely on a series of covert recordings, claimed that CHARLENE’S BODY WAS CHOPPED UP AND PUT THROUGH A MINCING MACHINE. TAKEAWAY STAFF WERE SAID IN COURT TO HAVE JOKED THAT SHE HAD ‘GONE INTO THE KEBABS’.

THE TRIAL JURY FAILED TO REACH A VERDICT and a scheduled retrial in 2008 collapsed owing to the exposure of serious failings in the management of the Lancashire Constabulary investigation.

EACH DEFENDANT WAS PAID ALMOST £250,000 IN COMPENSATION”.

Remind me again, how much do our injured troops get when they come home with no arms and legs?

How much do the wives and children of the dead receive when our lads die fighting the wars that the powers-that-be arrange for them to die in? "Today, Mr Albattikhi, 33, still owns and runs the kebab shop that was at the centre of the murder investigation. Mr Raveshi, 54, continues to hold the licence that allows it to serve hot food until early morning.

Last August, almost seven years after Charlene’s disappearance, a police report warned that young girls were being lured to Mr Albattikhi’s premises to be fed alcohol and drugs before engaging in sexual activity."

You hear this, you traitors?

"Lancashire police and Blackpool Council jointly run a project, Awaken, which was set up after Charlene’s disappearance and investigates all forms of child sexual exploitation in the town.

Previously compiled prosecution figures showed that IN A TOWN WHOSE POPULATION IS 96 PER CENT WHITE, 28 PER CENT OF THE CONVICTED OFFENDERS WERE NON-WHITE."

So non-whites were seven times more likely to be convicted of of 'child sexual exploitation' than whites. I would guess these figues have been sanitised somewhat. I should think the real figures are even worse than this. If the police didn't keep secrets, of course, guesswork wouldn't be required.

Visting mosques to raise awareness, eh, Andy? And you believe that the Muslims in the Mosques are unaware of what’s going on? One of Lancashire’s senior former detectives said the force has known for years that girls in Blackpool, Blackburn and Burnley were being ‘passed around like toys for sexual gratification’, Mick Gradwell, a former detective superintendent, said that research was ‘BEING INHIBITED BY POLITICAL CORRECTNESS AND CONCERNS ABOUT UPSETTING COMMUNITY SENSITIVITIES’.
Karen Downes, Charlene’s mother, said that she had been unaware of ‘this awful, dark side of Blackpool’ before her daughter went missing.

"I DIDN’T KNOW THAT PEOPLE EXISTED WHO WERE CAPABLE OF DOING WHAT THEY DID TO THOSE GIRLS,’ she said. ‘THE POLICE SEEM TO HAVE GIVEN UP ON THE CASE’."

Yes, Karen, it does appear that way, doesn’t it? A simple question for you, Karen: you do know why you were 'unaware of this awful, dark side of Blackpool' before Charlene 'went missing,' aren’t you?

You do know you were unaware of it because the traitors in the Blackpool police force were keeping it secret, don’t you? How could you have known about these things without being told? You couldn’t? What you really needed to know in order to keep your child safe was being deliberately kept from you by those who are paid to protect the public from criminality.

A police force that gives up on cases like this and keeps the actuality hidden is not interested in protecting the British people. Those who failed to bring the criminals to book and insisted that their criminality be covered up, are their partners in crime.

"Charlene Downes and her friends called it ‘Paki Alley’. When they were hungry, wanted cigarettes or alcohol, or needed top-up credit for their mobile phones, they knew where to go because you could find almost anything down the alleyway. For a price.

What Lancashire Constabulary uncovered when Charlene went missing from home in 2003, however, was almost A FACTORY PRODUCTION LINE OF CHILD ABUSE INVOLVING THE SYSTEMATIC GROOMING AND SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF DOZENS OF YOUNG GIRLS BY A CLOSELY LINKED GROUP OF MEN.

The force’s initial ‘problem scan’ identified more than 60 local girls, the youngest aged 11 but most aged from 13 to 15, as being ‘EXPOSED AND VULNERABLE’ TO MEN OPERATING FROM A CLUSTER OF ‘HONEY-POT’ locations in the town centre, ALL TAKEAWAY FOOD PREMISES...

Children, many from troubled homes or in the care system, had been befriended by older men who flattered their desire to be treated as adults, showering them with gifts and affection BEFORE USING THEM FOR SEX BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE TAKEAWAY OUTLETS.

The scale of the criminality was so disturbing that one of Britain’s first multi-agency child sexual exploitation projects, Awaken, was swiftly established in Blackpool to target offenders and offer support to vulnerable girls. A decision seems to have been taken at an early stage that ONE ASPECT OF THE ABUSE MADE THE POLICE FINDINGS TOO SENSITIVE TO BE REVEALED PUBLICLY. In 2007, AN UNPUBLISHED REPORT BY POLICE AND LOCAL AUTHORITY REPRESENTATIVES FROM AWAKEN stated: ‘Analysis showed that IN RELATION TO THE TAKEAWAYS, NON-WHITE ADULT MALES WORKING ALONE OR WITHIN FRIENDSHIP GROUPS WERE PRINCIPALLY PERPETRATING THE EXPLOITATION’.

A former senior Lancashire police officer cites ‘CONCERNS ABOUT UPSETTING COMMUNITY COHESION’ TO EXPLAIN THE LONG-STANDING RELUCTANCE TO ACKNOWLEDGE PUBLICLY WHAT WAS A VERY SPECIFIC OFFENDER PROFILE IN A TOWN WHERE 96 PER CENT OF THE POPULATION WERE WHITE."

Ah yes, ladies and gentlemen, they have always been more concerned to protect the immigrant communities that spawn these degenerates than they are to protect the health and welfare of their vulnerable indigenous victims. "In 17... court cases since 1997, 16 of them from towns or cities in Yorkshire or Lancashire, a total of 56 men have been convicted of crimes including child abduction, indecent assault and rape. OF THOSE 56, 50 WERE MUSLIMS AND MOST WERE MEN OF PAKISTANI HERITAGE.

Across other areas of northern England and the Midlands, groups of IRAQI KURDS AND REFUGEES FROM AFGHANISTAN HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY CHILDCARE SPECIALISTS AS PERPETRATORS OF SIMILAR COLLECTIVE SEXUAL EXPLOITATION.

In Blackpool, MANY OF THE OWNERS AND WORKERS IN 11 ‘HONEY-POT’ FOOD PREMISES IDENTIFIED BY POLICE WERE OF MIDDLE EASTERN ORIGIN. Charlene knew several of them…

A young woman who knew Charlene, and whose identity The Times has agreed to protect, was 13 when she first came into contact with several of Blackpool’s takeaway workers. She has not forgotten the initial allure.

‘They were older than you and you thought they were your friends. It all seemed so glamorous and exciting and young girls were drawn into it: the flash cars, the money, the alcohol, free food, sometimes drugs.’

She named two men in particular. Both are still closely linked to separate food outlets in the town. One ‘was married with kids, had a really young English girlfriend on the side but still chased after other young girls. HE WAS A FILTHY OLD MAN. HE USED TO OFFER ME DRUGS BECAUSE HE SAID THEY WOULD LOOSEN ME UP. He made my flesh crawl’. THE OTHER MAN ‘WOULD SAY SOME AWFUL THINGS ABOUT WHITE GIRLS’ YET WAS HAPPY TO PROPOSITION ‘LITERALLY EVERY PRETTY YOUNG GIRL WHO’D HIT PUBERTY THAT CAME INTO HIS SHOP.

He had no respect for us, the way we dressed, the way we drank, how forward we were. It was as though white girls were asking for it. HE’D SAY THAT ALL ENGLISH GIRLS WERE SLAGS, UNLIKE MUSLIM WOMEN WHO WORE THE HIJAB AND WALKED FIVE STEPS BEHIND THEIR HUSBAND’.

It can also be revealed that ANOTHER MISSING BLACKPOOL GIRL, PAIGE CHIVERS, 15, WHO VANISHED IN 2007 AND IS FEARED BY POLICE TO HAVE BEEN KILLED, WAS SUBSEQUENTLY IDENTIFIED AS A VICTIM OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION.

Iyad Albattikhi, a Jordanian, was eventually accused of murdering Charlene after allegedly having sex with her. Mohammad Raveshi, originally from Iran, was charged with helping him to dispose of her remains."

So, after Charlene disappeared Iyad Albattikhi and Mohammad Raveshi were charged with her murder. Paige, who also disappeared, 'was known to spend a lot of time' at Iyad Albattikhi’s takeaway.

I wonder if the Keystone Cops who screwed up the original case figured out the links? You know, Charlene and Paige both murdered? No body ever found? Both sexually exploited by Asians, both hung out at Iyad Albattikhi's kebab shop?

One thing we know about Raveshi and Albattikhi. They both got £250,000 compensation when the case against them collapsed. I wonder why they got it? I mean, not everyone who gets found not guilty is bunged a fortune, are they? Do you think it was for hurt feelings? Yeah. I bet their feelings were hurt. I wonder whose feelings were hurt the most, theirs or those of Karen Downes? Or those of Mrs Chivers? I wonder if they got any compensation from the cops? You know, for ballsing it up? Shouldn’t think so. Neither of them are immigrants.

The trial of Charlene’s alleged killer’s was covered extensively by The Blackpool Gazette and rated a mention in one or two other media outlets. Here is a potted history of the information the media broadcast:

On 24 May 2007, the 24dash news website reported thus:

"Albattikhi is heard on one tape saying, 'If they find anything I have f***ing had it.' Mr Holroyde stressed there were differences of opinion between police and the prosecution sound expert over what was said on the tapes. But both agreed that on one tape, Albattikhi said he 'killed' while talking about Charlene.

Reveshi also asked him: 'You did have her, are you easy with that?' Albattikhi replied: 'Yeah.' The tapes also revealed Reveshi speaking about 'checking the burial place'…

The tapes revealed the defendants 'constantly rehearsing the story they want to give to police,' Mr Holroyde said, but showed a 'nagging fear' they would be caught because they had 'something to hide and something to fear."

On 25 May 2007, The Times reported thus:

"Mr Holroyde said that a witness, Kirsty Fletcher… heard a group of men, including Mr Albattikhi, talking about sex with white girls and mentioning Charlene. ‘Kirsty says Albattikhi laughed and said she was kinky and she was very small – the plainest possible indication that he was lying to police when he said he did not know her. And, says Kirsty Fletcher, he and the others present were then laughingly saying that Charlene had gone into the kebabs’…

Both the accused went on to lie to the police about their involvement, the court was told. They told officers that they did not know her. The court was told that Mr Albattikhi fell out with his brother who later told a witness, David Cassidy, that he knew what had happened to Charlene. He said that she had been killed and chopped up and there had been a lot of blood. The prosecution say that Mr Albattikhi later warned Mr Cassidy that he would be dealt with if he told anyone and, allegedly, later offered him an interest-free £20,000 loan from Mr Reveshi to buy his silence.

But Mr Cassidy went to the police in December 2004. Officers bugged the men’s flats and Mr Reveshi’s car. Although the tapes were hard to decipher, Mr Holroyde said that parts of the tape were revealing.

In one tape, Mr Reveshi speaks of his ‘surprise’ that the police were investigating because ‘Charlene Downes was not even from a decent or important family’.

In another tape, Mr Reveshi said the words ‘eat the body’, the court was told. In court, the police stated that Albattikhi’s response to Reveshi’s 'decent or important family' remark was: 'For some f***ing bitch. She was a f***ing Maiiah. A f***ing horrible Maiiah'."

On 6 June 2007, The Blackpool Gazette reported thus:

"Witness Kylie Brooks, 19, said she had worked for Reveshi at another takeaway he had owned in St Annes when she was around 14 or 15. She told the court how Reveshi 'kept talking dirty to me' throughout the time she had worked for him and continued after she had left when she visited a friend who rented a flat from Reveshi.

She said: 'He kept saying to me and my friend, why don't you become prostitutes and that? You'll make more money and it will be in your pockets. 'He said these people will buy you underwear and stuff and all you have to do is try them on and walk up and down in them.' Miss Brooks told of a further incident where she alleges Mr Reveshi tried to kiss her…

John Bromley-Davenport QC, defending Reveshi (said) that for 'a number of years' HIS CLIENT HAD FOSTERED CHILDREN FOR SOCIAL SERVICES. He said: 'THEY GAVE HIM THE MOST DIFFICULT CHILDREN BECAUSE HE WAS SO GOOD AT DEALING WITH THEM’!"

On 14 June 2007, The Blackpool Gazette reported thus:

"In Det Sgt Beasant's transcript, during a conversation with Reveshi, Albattikhi said: 'So no, there's no-one (over there) that knows that I kill her.' Reveshi denies the police version, saying it is not correct and taken out of context.

In the defence's transcript of the conversation, Albattikhi said: 'They're saying, you know to all the neighbours, that I kill her’."

On 19 June 2007, The Blackpool Gazette reported thus:

"A police transcript of one conversation is alleged to show Reveshi saying: 'I can't physically I mean he put me under pressure to do this for him. 'I can't do it, I can't do it... it killing me.'

There is then an unidentified male voice heard to say: 'Shut it out. You have to shut it out. (You have) to know what you are doing'."

On 20 June 2007, The Blackpool Gazette reported thus:

"In her transcript of the conversation, Det Sgt Jan Beasant… claims Reveshi said to Albattikhi: 'Why did you kill her?'

However, in a transcript provided to the court, Albattikhi claimed Reveshi actually said: 'Why did you tell her.'

Later in the same conversation, Det Sgt Beasant claimed to hear Albattikhi say: 'You're being stupid if you (thought that we think we release her)'. Whereas in his own version, Albattikhi claimed the line was: 'They being stupid if they think we going to live here’…

Transcripts provided contain… some parts in brackets where the translator could not be sure of what they heard. Later in the dialogue, Det Sgt Beasant's transcription has Reveshi saying: 'I thought maybe something is on – I go check the burial place maybe something (might happen/might not be) there.'

In Albattikhi's version of the conversation he says Reveshi said: 'I thought maybe something is on – I go and check Paul's place to see if Paul might be there’."

On 26 June 2007, The Blackpool Gazette reported thus:

"Mohammed Reveshi, who is charged with disposing of the body of Blackpool teenager Charlene Downes, is said to have befriended another young girl while he was a takeaway boss.

The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told a jury at Preston Crown Court how she met Reveshi after being introduced to him as the ‘stepfather’ of a schoolfriend. She told of one occasion where Reveshi had touched her...

The witness, now 16, said: 'I sat on the bed next to him and he moved his hands passed my belly button over the clothes. He was trying to get further down and I was like, 'no'. 'I went into the living room and told my friends we needed to leave, then we left’."

On 6 July 2007, The Blackpool Gazette reported thus:

"Det Sgt Jan Beasant spent 2,400 hours listening to and transcribing the 52 tapes gathered in the month-long bugging operation. Mr Bromley-Davenport said to Reveshi: 'In the Beasant version it has you saying 'also you told them about the kill'? Reveshi added: 'In my version it says kids rather than kill.'

Mr Bromley-Davenport said: 'In the next line she has you saying 'they obviously know we did it'?' Reveshi added: 'Because she said the word kill in the previous line she then has to back that up’."

On 30 May 2008, The Guardian reported thus:

"The number of children on Blackpool's child protection register who are vulnerable to, or experiencing, sexual abuse is, at 16%, almost twice the national average, as is the number of children living in care homes or foster families. It is one of the only places in the country where girls do worse at school than boys.

THE SUICIDE RATE AMONG THE 15 TO 19 AGE GROUP IN BLACKPOOL IS EIGHT TIMES HIGHER THAN THE UK AVERAGE. Underage and unprotected sex is rife. HIV CASES ROSE BY 50% BETWEEN 2001 AND 2004; one in 12 girls is pregnant before the age of 18...

Charlene Downes’ mother was quoted thus in The Guardian article:

"I found out that Charlene was getting chips for a blow job. How can those bastards do that to kids?"

They can do it, Karen, because the politically correct top cops cops are more interested in 'community cohesion' (keeping the crimes of the non-white community secret) than the are in protecting the most vulnerable members of white society. Such policemen should stand trial for treason alongside their Westminster masters.

If Charlene had been killed by a white, British man, he would almost certainly be in jail now. If Charlotte had been non-white and her killer white, he wouldn't just be in jail, he'd be banged up with the biggest, blackest bunch of Muscle Maries the prison system has to offer.

Steven Lawrence gets killed, they hold a major inquiry, stick us with yet another Brit- bashing race law and mention his name more than a thousand times in parliament. Charlene Downes gets killed and what does she get?

Nothing. No inquiry, no law and not one single mention by our betters in Westminster. That’s where we are now, Karen. That’s what voting for Labour, the Lib Dems and the Tories has got us.
