Apparently, if you are suffering from the illness of paedophilia, and you happen to be a priest, you can abuse little boys and girls and get away with it. At least, you ought to be able to get away with it, according to Cardinal Napier.
I say a man who rapes a child should be castrated and seperated from the general community forever. A repeat offended should be executed. And the cleric who would excuse the offender should be publically flogged and defrocked.
