And those who operate under him

In 2006, Cass R. Sunstein, Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, wrote 'Beyond Marbury: The Executive's Power to Say What the Law Is,' for the Yale Law School paper.

In this he said:

"There is no reason to believe that in the face of statutory ambiguity, the meaning of federal law should be settled by the inclinations and predispositions of federal judges. The outcome should instead depend on the commitments and beliefs of the President and those who operate under him."
'The commitments and beliefs of the President?'

The smirking chimp was the President when Sunstein wrote the above. I'd have thought such power in the hands of a chimp might upset a lot of human beings. In 2008, a black man became the President of the USA. Such power in the hands of a black might upset a lot of white folks, as well.

"The commitments and beliefs of the President AND THOSE WHO OPERATE UNDER HIM".
In September 2009, Barack Obama appointed Sunstein as his regulatory Czar. He now operates UNDER the President. Sunstein is Jewish. As are a good many other Obama appointees tasked to 'operate under him.' As were a good many of those appointed by the chimp and Clinton before him.

"The outcome should instead depend on the commitments and beliefs of the President AND THOSE WHO OPERATE UNDER HIM. "
Not what you might call subtle, Cass. Not what you might call understated.

Some day soon, chutzpah will undo the Jews.
