Virtually all COVID-19 deaths occurred in hospitals - Why?

Dr. Peter McCullough posed the title question in this 15 March 2024 video.

He added, perhaps in answer to this poser:

"Remdesivir does not improve mortality. It does not! It has serious toxicity to it. Everyone should be asking, 'Why do hospitals stock and use Remdesivir today? Why'?"

The inference is clear.

Dr. McCullough thinks the COVID death count was artificially exaggerated with the use of Remdesvir.

There were some in the medical systems of the world, who were deliberately killing off those purportedly suffering from COVID.

Who were unlucky enough to end up in hospital.
