Dr. Martin Feeley, formerly clinical director of the Dublin Midlands Hospital Group, served as Clinical Director of the Dublin Midlands Hospital Group until September 2020, when he resigned after the HSE said his criticisms of lockdown made his position 'untenable.'
Here, interviewed by Gript’s Ben Scallan in late April 2021, he sets out his position on the Irish government’s Covid vaccination strategy and whether universal vaccination for Covid is appropriate, when compared with the focused vaccination strategy used to control influenza.
He also says science is being ignored, that doctors are afraid to speak out for fear of repercussions and the public has been 'terrorised'by their own politicians and establishment advisors.
