After everything we've been told about the horrific nature of COVID-19, the section of the UK government website that deals with health actually states that the virus "should no longer be classified as an HCID!"
"As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be an infectious disease in the UK!"
Anyone out there know what's going on here?

Please explain why the whole world is being messed about on a monumental scale, if, behind the scenes, the UK government no longer considers COVID-19 "to be a highly infectious disease!"
